"Nico Rosetti went above and beyond in helping me become a new State Farm customer. Shipping for new insurance is a pin for sure but he not only made it simple to switch he also took the time to break down the coverage line by line and explain what I was paying for and made some adjustments to help save me some money. His quote and customer service was far and away the best of fifteen that I had received. He was very professional when following up with me and that’s the reason he had earned my business."

"We were absolutely shocked when we saw how much our previous homeowners premium had gone up. Since not many insurance companies will insure a log home, we thought we were in for a long search process to find a more affordable company and still be able to bundle our car and home policies. When I put the quote request out online, my phone instantly blew up. I figured I'd save everybody alot of time, so I asked about log home coverage first before all the other obvious questions. State Farm was the only company who responded who covered log homes. Nico made the whole process go seamlessly. He was knowledgeable, respectful of our time and schedules, and (best part) saved us over 50% of what we paid to the previous insurer!!! Chuck Carnahan's State Farm office is within a half hour drive of our home. So I think this is already a win-win-win story."

"We unfortunately had an accident which led to my vehicle being totaled. I can’t say enough about how seamless the whole experience was from the time of the accident until everything was finalized.
