"My family has been with State Farm for many years. With my recent car purchase, it was time for me to have my own individual policy. Matt has made the entire process incredibly smooth! He took the time to explain the different levels of coverage in a way that was thorough and easy to understand, and walked me through several quotes, so I could weigh all my options and choose a policy the best fit my needs. He also made sure to mention any savings I could be eligible for at the time, and very easily got my husband and I set up with a renter’s insurance policy as well. He has been extremely patient and informative, which really helped me feel confident in my decisions regarding coverage! Matt has been very responsive to all my questions (and there were a lot) and is genuinely easy to work with. I know getting this policy in place had a lot of moving parts, and he made it happen very quickly and with great care. I am so glad I stayed on with Chuck Carnahan State Farm!"
